Savings Plan Enrollment
Congratulations! You are just a few short steps away from starting your
Retirement Savings Plan account.
As you know, saving for retirement is made easier through payroll deduction.
So, as you go through the account setup process, you'll want to determine a percentage
of your weekly gross pay to contribute to the plan. You may contribute between
1 and 75 percent. For the annual dollar amount you can contribute to the Retirement
Savings Plan, click

And, don't forget that Trinity Health will match your contributions up to a
certain percentage of gross pay, with a dollar for dollar match on the first $500.

Below are the instructions for establishing your Retirement Savings Plan account.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Once you reach the Diversified Account Access - Logon page, you will:
- Click "First Time Users" in the left navigation menu.
- Click "Log On and Create a Password" to open the Create Password
page. After filling out the required information, click "Submit."
You will return to the "Log On" page with your Social Security Number
and password already entered.
- Click the "Log On" button, and you will be directed to the Pre-Enrollment
Options page. Follow the instructions for the easy five-step enrollment process.
After confirming your account setup, you will be directed
to an Account Info page. From here, you may view other portions
of the site or Log Off. When finished, always use the Log
Off button and then close (exit) your browser. This will ensure
the confidentiality of your account.
