| Can I change my contribution
percentage at any time? |
Yes. |
| What are the minimum
and maximum contributions I can make to the Trinity Health 403(b)/401(k) Retirement Savings Plan? |
You
may contribute a minimum of $5 per pay period, up to the
maximum IRS
Limit. If you reach at least age 50 in 2010, you may
contribute an additional $5,500 for the year.
For associates eligible to participate in the Trinity Health 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan there are often special cases where you can contribute more if you have 15 or more years of service and have averaged $5,000 or less in annual contributions over the 15-year period. |
| Am I able to direct the investment
of my Pension Match Account to the Trinity Health 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan? |
No. Your Pension Plan Match Account
(which includes your employer matching contribution, prior to July 1, 2009, and earned interest) is invested
in the Pension Plan. Therefore, you will not be able to direct the investments.
[This does not apply to those locations that continue to have a 401(k) account
in which the employer matching contributions are put back into the 401(k) account.] |
| Is my employee contribution
to the Trinity Health 403(b)/401(k) Retirement Savings Plan made in percentages or dollar amounts? |
You may contribute either a flat dollar
amount or percentage of compensation. |
| What if I want to change my contribution
percentage or investment options under the Trinity Health 403(b)/401(k) Retirement Savings Plan? |
You may do so by calling Diversified
at 1-800-394-5240, by their website or by meeting with a Retirement Savings Plan
representative. |
| What if I start contributing,
but decide that down the road I can no longer afford to participate? |
You may stop your contributions at any time. |
