Log onto the Trinity
Health web site at https://retirementprogram.trinity-health.org
use the account log in and click on the Trinity Advantage
Pension Estimator (TAPE). The screen following the legal
disclaimer will display your accrued benefit. If you do
not have access to a computer call Diversified at 800/394-5240.
When is my accrued benefit payable?
Your accrued benefit is payable at your normal retirement age (65) if you
are vested in the Pension Plan. If you retire early, you can elect to begin receiving
your retirement benefits at a reduced amount as early as age 55.
